Dodger – Bimini top with clear glass facing forward to top of the windshield or other point on the boat. You can elect to have side curtains as well. These tops provide protection from slant rain and bow spray. Typically found on fishing style boats.
Running Top – Bimini is built right to the top of the windsheild. Side curtains as was a solid slant curtain aft to the stern of the boat. Completely sealed from elements. These tops are used on smaller run-abouts, where you may need to boat in bad or cold weather, but do not sleep/live on the boat.
Camper Top – also known as a full enclosure. It is built to standing height and spread out for full height on the entire cockpit deck. It is basically a tall dodger with full windows and acess points built around the stern, with mesh cover openings for air. These are found on live aboard boats and the weekend cruiser.
